Chambered in 5.56 NATO, it features a 7.94-inch 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:7 twist, Noveske Match Chamber, pinned low-profile gas block, and Pig Pen suppressor-compatible muzzle device.

The precision-machined 7075-T6 billet upper and lower receivers feature durable Type III hardcoat anodizing with Cerakote finish. The GEN 4 NSR 7-inch quad rail free-float handguard provides lightweight versatility, while a Noveske single-stage trigger, and enhanced ergonomics deliver superior handling. Built with premium materials and extensive quality control, the N4 Diplomat offers top-tier performance in a highly compact package.
