he SIG Sauer CROSS is a lightweight, precision bolt-action rifle introduced in December 2019 and officially debuted at SHOT Show 2020. Designed entirely in New Hampshire by SIG Sauer, it marked the company's first U.S.-made bolt-action platform and a radical departure from traditional hunting or chassis systems
.Development and DesignThe Crossover Concept: Engineers aimed to blend the lightweight portability of a backcountry hunting rifle with the extreme accuracy of a tactical precision system.
Unconventional Receiver: Instead of traditional stock bedding, the SIG Sauer CROSS Rifle uses a rigid, one-piece aluminum receiver heavily inspired by modern semi-automatic modular architectures like the MCX/AR-15 series.
AR-Style Controls: It features familiar ergonomics including an ambidextrous thumb safety, swappable pistol grips, and a folding, adjustable precision stock.
This firearm comes with a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9X40 scope.
