Chambered in 308 Win (7.62x51) and 6.5 Creedmoor, it is made with a steel barrel and T6 aluminum receiver with a hard-coat black anodized finish for both strength and durability, along with a steel bolt and chrome firing pin. It features an ambidextrous magazine catch, bolt catch, and safety selector, and 5R rifling. In addition to professional use, the M&P10 is a suitable choice for hunting and home defense.
