The Walther PPX (Police Pistol Xtreme) is a full-size, semi-automatic pistol designed for personal defense, duty use, and recreational shooting. Manufactured by Walther Arms, the PPX features a polymer frame, a pre-cocked hammer-fired action, and a reputation for reliability, ergonomic handling, and an exceptionally smooth trigger. Originally introduced in 2013, it was offered in 9mm and .40 S&W before being discontinued in 2016.
