This Winchester Model 1897 was manufactured in 1909. It features a 2 3/4" chamber and a FULL choke barrel. Ten-percent of the bluing remains on the receiver.

The Winchester Model 1897, or Model 97, was one of the first pump-action shotguns ever produced. The design is a further improvement on John Browning's Model 1893 and was widely used by the military and outdoorsmen in a variety of barrel lengths and configurations.
