The M92 has been in production since 1992 and features a design similar to the M85 series of AK-pattern rifles but is chambered in 7.62x39mm. Other iconic features include the Yugo-styled extended handguard with a 3-vent design, an AK-74U-style flash hider, and a reinforced frame made from thicker steel to improve durability. The ZPAP designation is an acronym for "Zastava Polu-Automatska Puška" which means "Zastava Semi-Automatic Rifle", and is the commercial sporting model of the firearm.
This model is a pistol variant that features a picatinny rail for mounting optics. It features an all-black finish with a black pistol grip and wood handguard. One 30-round magazine is included.
