The Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon I is a specialized competition shotgun designed to provide a tailored fit for serious clay shooters. This model features the B-Fast adjustable comb system, allowing users to precisely tune the stock's height and cast for perfect eye-to-rib alignment. Unlike the lighter hunting variants, the Sporting model uses 30-inch Steelium barrels and a slightly heavier frame to provide a smoother swing and reduced felt recoil, which is essential for high-volume shooting. The receiver is finished with traditional floral scroll engraving and houses the world-renowned 686 action. Equipped with a single selective trigger and a wide, tapered sporting rib, this .410 bore platform offers the same mechanical reliability and elegance as its larger-bore siblings, but with the refined challenge and low recoil of the smallest competition gauge.
