The Paratus is the product of two years of design and testing. This revolutionary rifle is the foundation of DRD Tactical. Setting a new standard for covert, the patented internal recoil system in the Paratus eliminates the standard buffer tube and spring associated with most AR rifles, allowing for folded-stock firing, so whether your job demands close quarters missions or you just want to sling some lead down range like a badass, you can do so with folded ease. The patented quick take down technology allows you to take the Paratus from box-to-built in less than 60 seconds. DRDs patented quick barrel change technology, not only allows you to employ your rifles quickly and easily, but offers modularity you cant find anywhere else. Go from 7.62 NATO to 6.5 Creedmoor with the swap of a barrel that's it, no additional upper receiver needed. This compact and portable rifle comes in a discreet hard case. On top of that, the Paratus comes in Black hard coat type III anodizing and is constructed with aluminum. Includes hard case, ambi. controls and left-side charging handle. Does not include extra barrel.
