The SIX8 A5 brings together the best features of the LWRCI Enhanced and SPR models in one readytoshoot platform. SIX8 series weapons are shortstroke gas piston operated rifles fully optimized for the 6.8X43mm SPC II cartridge. The A5 is designed with a low profile twoposition adjustable gas block allowing the shooter to compensate for running a suppressor with the added benefit of LWRCIs longer 12 SPRstyle modular rail system. With proprietary upper and lower receivers this rifle has an enlarged ejection port allowing unhindered ejection of the 6.8 casings. The upper rail section has a cutback scallop design allowing easy access to the low profile gas block while keeping the full 12" modular rails available on the sides and bottom of the hand guards. Machined from the super alloy family of steel alloys most often used in aerospace LWRCI raises the bar on reliability and ease of maintenance delivering the highest level of performance. The gaspiston system can be accessed quickly by loosening two thumb screws. The dual control fully ambidextrous lower receiver includes bolt catch and release magazine release and fire control access from both sides. LWRCI Enhanced Fire Control Group comes standard LWRCI Mark II Advanced Combat Bolt in 6.8 is nickelboron coated and the LWRCI NiCorrtreated cold hammerforged barrel is spiral fluted for weight and heat reduction. The SIX8 A5 come complete with LWRCI high efficiency 4Prong flash hider Skirmish BUIS ambidextrous charging handle Picatinny rail sections LWRCI black polymer adjustable compact stock Magpul MOE pistol grip and Magpul PMAG 6.8 SPC magazine with highvisibility follower. This model has a 16.1" heavy barrel and a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish on the receiver and handguard."
