The Mark IV 22/45 is one of the most popular .22 LR pistols on the market and combines the reliability of Ruger's legendary .22-caliber pistols with the popular controls of the 1911 pistol. The Mark IV series features a simplified takedown mechanism for easier maintenance along with improved ergonomics and a cold hammer-forged barrel for superior longevity and accuracy.
This MKIV SSH (Silencer Shop Host) is a special edition model which features a shortened barrel. It is ideal for suppressors and keeps the overall length (With suppressor attached) down at a manageable length. It also features an engraved Silencer Shop logo on the right side of the receiver and an OD Green finish, giving it a rather mean look.
It boils down to this, there isn't a more popular .22lr pistol in America than the Ruger Mark Series, the MK IV is the newest generation in this legendary lineup.
