The 1911X takes the original John Browning classic into the 21st Century with a host of upgrades born from over a hundred years of firearms innovation. The pistol features an optic-ready slide pre-cut for direct mounting of Sig Sauer's new ROMEO-X COMPACT red dot sights and comes with additional bevel cuts to help reduce the profile for a snag-free draw. An extended slide release and ambidextrous safety levers allow for easy manipulation even with gloves or under adverse conditions, ensuring positive control regardless of the situation. The frame also features a flat-faced trigger assembly favored by shooters for its more consistent trigger pull, and comes with an accessory rail for weapon lights along with custom G10 grip panels from LOK Grips to ensure extreme durability and service life.
The 1911X-CARRY features a shorter barrel length to allow for more comfort when carrying in concealment. This special combo package comes equipped with a ROMEO-X COMPACT red dot on the slide. Two 8-round magazines are included along with Sig Sauer's signature hard carrying case.
