Stoeger’s STR line is well-known for providing a handgun with premium features at an affordable price to its competitors. Now they have expanded their line of pistols to include the popular .40 S&W cartridge.
Each STR-40 comes standard with 3-dot sights that are machined with snag-resistant edges and a loaded chamber indicator along with additional features often found only in more expensive handguns like the integrated trigger safety, interchangeable backstraps, slide serrations, and a tactical accessory rail. The slide also comes milled and ready for use with a red dot sight and includes four different mounting plates to accept most commonly available aftermarket options.
This model features tritium night sights and comes with two 12-round magazines. A set of small, medium, and large size backstraps are included.
