This is an excellent used AYA Side by Side model 4/53 Boxlock for sale chambered in 12 Gauge. The barrel lengths are 28 inches long with fixed Full and Modified chokes. The bores are in excellent shape. The receiver is color cased which is all present. It reads "AYA" on both sides of the receiver. The bluing on the barrels and receiver are in excellent shape with a small wear spot on the right barrel north of the end of the forend. The forend is in excellent condition with the exception for one impression into the wood which is thin, but extends about one inch. The butt stock is mostly in excellent condition, but does have a couple of minor handling marks. Functionally this shotgun works smooth. The recoil plate is in great shape. The LOP is 14.75 inches from the front trigger and 13.75 from the rear trigger. The drop at the comb is 2 inches and the drop at the heel is 2.5 inches. This weighs 7.8 pounds. Also included are these items that were purchased by the only owner when he bought this in Spain in 1962. Cleaning kit, original purchase receipt, ammo belt and leather sling.
