Two years ago, Jason pitched a daring idea: forge Damascus steel from ball bearings. These high-carbon orbs, built for hardness and resilience in mechanical extremes, transform through a meticulous process—cleaned, welded into a canister, heated to a molten glow, then hammered and folded into a solid billet.
