For sale is a beautiful Colt Single Action Frontier Scout California Bicentennial Commemorative Revolver in .22 LR, serial number 1049CBI.
This limited-edition Colt was produced in 1969 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of California (1769–1969). It features a striking full gold-plated finish, smooth walnut grips with gold Colt medallions, and classic Single Action Army styling in a more compact Frontier Scout frame. Only approximately 5,000 of these revolvers were manufactured.

Condition:
This revolver is in excellent condition. The gold plating retains strong luster with minimal wear. The grips are clean and show very light handling marks only. The action is crisp, and the bore is bright. It appears to have seen very little (if any) use — an outstanding example for collectors. The case does have some scratches on the outside and does show some wear. The inside is in excellent shape as is the revolver itself. Please review the high-resolution photos for exact condition.
This is a fantastic piece for Colt commemorative collectors or anyone who appreciates California history and fine firearms. These sets are becoming increasingly difficult to find in this condition with all original accessories intact.
