Manufactured in 1912, more than a century ago, the Colt Frontier Six Shooter epitomizes the Wild West. Designed by Colt to fire 44-40 Win rather than 45 LC, this revolver allowed cowboys to carry just one type of ammunition for both their revolver and the popular Winchester 1893.

This Colt Frontier Six Shooter is a single-action six-shot revolver chambered in 44-40 Win. A 5.5-inch barrel is adorned with a notch rear sight and a blade front sight. Newer grips were installed onto this Colt Frontier Six Shooter at some point in its life. At more than a century old, this revolver still remains in very good condition.
