The CZ 75 Compact is a mid-sized masterpiece designed for shooters who demand the solid feel and low recoil of a metal-framed handgun in a concealable footprint. Shaving roughly 3/4 of an inch off the length and 1/2 an inch off the height of its full-size counterpart, this pistol easily disappears under light clothing while maintaining a highly shootable grip profile.

Built on a rugged steel frame with a black Polycoat finish, it features a 3.75-inch cold hammer-forged barrel that delivers exceptional mechanical accuracy and longevity. Operating on a traditional double-action/single-action (DA/SA) hammer system, it features a frame-mounted manual safety lever. This gives users the flexible option to carry it "cocked and locked" in single-action mode or manually decocked for a long, deliberate double-action first trigger pull. Because it retains an all-steel construction, it stands as one of the softest-shooting compact pistols in the CZ-USA lineup.

At 5″ tall with a barrel length of just under 4″, the Compact model shaves a little more than 3/4″ off the length and about 1/2″ off the height of the full-size CZ 75. Its reduced size allows it to readily disappear under regular clothing. The CZ 75 DA/SA action with a manual safety lever provides the user with two options for carry: hammer-back with the safety on for single action operation or manually decocked for a double action first shot with no need to remember to take off the safety before firing. Because the 75 Compact retains the steel frame of the original 75, only 2.4 oz of weight is lost, making it the softest-shooting compact in the CZ 75 line.
