This Desert Tech MDRX features an ambidextrous charging handle, an ambidextrous safety, an ambidextrous mag release, and a 3-prong flash hider. Purchase includes the owner's manual, one 30-round 5.56 Pmag, a MDRX side eject to forward eject upgrade kit, a 16" .308 barrel, and a 5.56/.308 mag insert.
