The Fusion Firearms Freedom Riptide-C

The Fusion Freedom Riptide-C is a 4.25-inch "Commander" style 1911 built around the classic Colt Series 70 design layout. This design choice ensures maximum compatibility with standard aftermarket Colt replacement components. Unlike many modern lightweight polymer carry options, the Riptide-C features an all-steel construction with zero plastic parts. The frame, slide, and barrel are precision CNC-machined from solid bar-stock and hand-fitted by skilled gunsmiths to deliver custom-shop accuracy straight from the box.

To optimize the platform for discrete everyday carry, Fusion incorporates custom "carry cuts" into the front of the frame to keep it low-profile and snag-free. Visually striking and highly functional, it features exclusive "Riptide" slide serrations, front press-check cuts, and premium Red Cocobolo exotic hardwood grips that provide a rich texture and secure hold.

The Fusion 1911 Riptide C is modeled after the the Original 1911 Series 70 Colt design. Features all steel construction, frame, slide and barrel precision CNC machined from Bar-Stock, precision gunsmith fitted frame, slide and barrel, HD Chrome barrel for excellent accuracy and easy cleaning, positive barrel lock-up, lowered and relieved ejection port for improved performance, tuned Power style extractor, standard Dovetail (Novak Compatible) sight cuts for easy sight change outs and Red Cocobolo exotic hardwood grips. Includes magazine, range bag and recoil spring replacement kit.
