Walnut Stock & Forend: Replaces standard synthetic furniture with a beautifully finished American walnut stock and a matching corncob-style forend.
Sling Swivel Studs: Includes a rear sling stud embedded directly into the wood stock and a forward mount integrated into the magazine cap.
Combat-Ready Performance Features Perforated Steel Heat Shield: Features a factory-installed, military-style metal heat shield mounted over the barrel. This prevents burns to the shooter's hands during high-volume strings of fire.
MIL-SPEC 3443E Foundation: Built on the exact same rugged action as the standard 590 line, featuring dual action bars to prevent binding and dual extractors for completely reliable shell ejection.
Ambidextrous Top-Tang Safety: Outfitted with Mossberg's iconic, highly visible sliding safety switch located perfectly on top of the aluminum receiver for easy manipulation by both left- and right-handed shooters.
Clean-Out Magazine Design Extended Magazine Tube: 8+1
Threaded End Cap: The magazine tube cap can be easily unthreaded to remove the internal spring and follower, making field maintenance and clean-out fast and simple
