This exceptionally well-preserved World War II Remington Model 03-A3 rifle, serial number 4092869, stands as a premier piece of American military history. It features its original, matching Remington barrel stamped "R.A. 9-43" beneath the iconic flaming bomb insignia, pairing perfectly with its September 1943 production date. The rifle is housed in a highly desirable walnut stock boasting a rich, natural red hue and deeply struck military inspection cartouches, including a clean "FJA" and "RIA" boxed stamp. Deep, exceptionally crisp receiver markings offset a beautiful, original olive-drab Parkerized finish. Mechanically excellent, the rifle features a remarkably smooth, tight bolt action and a bright, clean bore with sharp rifling.
