The **Ruger Max-9** is a compact, striker-fired pistol that offers a 9mm chambering and is designed for concealed carry and personal defense. One of its notable features is the **Optics-Ready** version, which is specifically designed to accommodate a micro red dot sight.

The **Optics-Ready** Ruger Max-9 comes with a factory-installed **milled slide** that allows users to mount popular micro red dot sights (such as the **Shield RMS-C**, **Trijicon RMRcc**, or **Holosun 407K/507K**). It includes a set of co-witnessing iron sights, which allows the shooter to use the optics in conjunction with the traditional sights if desired.

Other features of the Max-9 include a slim profile, a 12-round magazine capacity, a polymer frame, and a light, smooth trigger pull, making it an excellent choice for both novice and experienced shooters looking for a concealed carry pistol with optics compatibility.

The Ruger Max-9 is slim, lightweight and compact for personal protection. It's striker-fired with a short, smooth trigger pull, clean break and positive reset. It also features rugged construction with through-hardened alloy steel slide; one-piece, precision-machined fire control chassis; and high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. The slide is optic ready for direct mounting of co-witnessed JPoint and Shield-pattern micro red dot sights. It utilizes tritium fiber optic day/night front sight for high visibility and drift adjustable rear sight. A cold hammer-forged barrel results in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. Safety features include integrated trigger safety, manual safety, internal striker blocker and inspection port that allows for visual confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber. This Pro model features a no manual safety. NOTE: JPoint & Shield-pattern micro red dots are NOT included.
