The Ruger Vaquero is a revolver with the look, size, and feel of the Old West, making it an ideal choice for classic reenactments or themed competition shoots.
Keeping in traditional Western style, it has a hand-filling grip, long revered for comfort and natural feel, while the patented reverse indexing pawl makes for easy loading and unloading. Holstering is simplified with the traditional beveled cylinder design, and Ruger's patented transfer bar mechanism helps guard against accidental discharge.
