The SIG Sauer SIG516 Patrol is a premium piston-driven AR-platform rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO, built for shooters who demand reliability, accuracy, and durability. Featuring a 16-inch chrome-lined, phosphate-coated barrel with a 1:7 twist rate, the SIG516 is capable of stabilizing a wide range of bullet weights while delivering excellent performance in both training and field applications. The short-stroke gas piston operating system, combined with a four-position adjustable gas regulator, helps reduce fouling in the receiver and allows the rifle to be tuned for various ammunition types and operating conditions.
