PISTOL: SMITH & WESSON MODEL M&P 40 IMPORTED BY SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MA. USA, SERIAL NUMBER NEB5807, SEMI - AUTOMATIC, 40 SMITH & WESSON, BLUE, NOT INCLUDED, 4.5"

Notes:
The Smith & Wesson M&P series of pistols has been a strong contender in the handgun market for many years, thanks to its reliability, ruggedness, and versatility. These qualities have led to its use in many law enforcement departments—appropriate to its "Military & Police" model name—and a popular choice for civilian shooters for casual, defensive, and competition applications. The M&P is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol with a lightweight and rugged polymer frame and chambered in a variety of calibers, including 9mm Luger, .40 S&W, .45 Auto, 10mm Auto, .380 Auto, .30 Super Carry, and .22 Long Rifle. The second generation of the M&P pistols has upgraded several parts of the design: interchangeable backstraps, more aggressive grip texturing, deeper front and back slide serrations, an improved trigger, optics cuts on certain models, and even ports and compensators on some Performance Center models. More recently, aluminum and steel frame models have been made available from Smith & Wesson. The M&P 2.0 series is available in a range of sizes, from compact to full-size frames with barrel lengths between 3.6" and 5". This pistol is an early M&P 2.0 full-size model chambered in .40 Smith & Wesson with a 4" barrel. The magazine holds up to 13 rounds of .40 S&W. The trigger on this pistol is the earlier design with the curved hinged trigger shoe and the gun is equipped with fixed white 3-dot sights. This gun does not have a manual safety beyond the two-part trigger safety and internal safety mechanisms, as well as a loaded chamber indicator as part of the barrel hood. This pistol is in overall excellent condition and includes 3 additional magazines and extra palmswell grips. CW2049603 YSS.

Shopping at Guns.com gives you the backing of a company that is committed to your satisfaction.  And unlike our competitors, it extends beyond the buying process.  We get the FFL from your store – others make you find it, copy it, and fax it.  We have a generous return policy, and handle everything – you don’t have to go back to the store.  And our Rangemasters are here to answer all your questions about our products or process.  We're bringing a level of service to the online gun buying experience that is unheard of.

WE SUPPORT LOCAL GUN STORES

Many online gun sales actually take away from your local community.  Instead of buying a gun that’s on your local store’s shelf, most retailers drop ship it from a warehouse in another state.  At Guns.com, if an FFL is part of our network, we sell THEIR guns first whenever possible.  That way, we’re helping small businesses in your community AND if they have it in stock, you can pick your gun up IMMEDIATELY – it’s how business should be done.

WE KEEP IT SIMPLE
WE KEEP IT SIMPLE

Most everything can be easily bought online these days.  But for some reason, buying a gun online can be complicated.  Most websites are poorly organized, don’t tell you a lot about what you’re buying, and leave you on your own to figure out what you want.  Guns.com is built to be simple – easily organized products, useful descriptions from experts, and support to guide you to the right choice.  Spend your time enjoying the gun you want, not getting frustrated with a complex website that makes gun buying hard.
