For an inexpensive pistol, the Star Mod. 30M has a storied past. This handgun is an improvement on the Mod. 28, which was submitted to trials for the new service pistol contract for the US military. Ultimately this pistol lost out to the Beretta 92 series, however, it did outperform both Smith & Wesson and Ruger's submissions. The Mod. 30M is the military full size duty model of this firearm that saw service in the Spanish military. This handgun will make for a great shooter or self/home defense pistol.
The pistol comes with two 15-round magazines, the original case with manual, and the military-canvas style right-handed holster.
