The redesigned AXIS 2 offers hunters even better out-of-the-box performance at the same affordable price. In addition to a new look with improved ergonomics, the AXIS 2 is loaded with features that deliver tack-driving accuracy on every shot, including the user-adjustable AccuTrigger , and thread-in headspacing. The updated bolt handle with a sleek, ergonomic design delivers on functionality. This bolt handle will help to enhance user control and comfort during operation, especially in adverse conditions like rain or cold weather.
The PRO series adds threaded muzzle for use with suppressors and brakes, a reinforced one-piece 0 MOA rail for more optic mounting options and a tough gun metal bronze Cerakote finish on the barrel and receiver. This left-handed model is chambered 6mm ARC and features a custom Savage Western camouflage pattern. One 4-round magazine is included.
