The Model 2020 action is designed for precision shooting and features dual locking lugs on a fluted bolt. The bolt raceways on the receiver are cut with high precision utilizing electric discharge machining (EDM), ensuring smooth and repeatable engagement. An integrated Picatinny rail allows for quick and easy optic mounting and utilizes a common Remington 700 pattern for easy customization. The Heatseeker series combines precision with modularity and features the new Heatseeker chassis manufactured by Sharps Bros. Weighing in at under 1.25 pounds, the chassis features a buffer tube adapter along with an AR pistol grip mount allowing for a wide degree of customization with aftermarket parts and is paired with an M-LOK barrel shroud for even greater customization options.
This model is chambered in .308 Winchester and features a Coyote Brown cerakote finish and comes equipped with the Collapsible Precision Stock and P-23 pistol grip developed by B5 Systems. The rifle sports a 20-inch, threaded carbon fiber barrel. One 5-round AICS magazine is included.
