Today is John Moses Browning’s birthday and Browning is quick to celebrate it over on their Facebook page with these classic photos of JMB doing his thing.

The man participated in the invention of, or outright created from his own imagination, at least seven new cartridges and 36 new firearms and is still considered to this day to be one of the most important, influential, successful and popular gun designers ever.

And wouldn’t you know it there’s a Wikipedia entry about the man and his many, many toys.
