New for 2026 is a line of Franklin Armory F22s in pistol, rifle, and SBR format that all feature Vanquish 22 integrally suppressed barrels from Angstadt Arms.

We've been fans of the Vanquish 22 series barrels for a minute and knew, with NFA tax stamps on suppressor zeroing out this year, more factory-fresh integrally suppressed guns would be hitting the market.

Running those barrels in Franklin's F-22 line of pistols and rifles is a win-win for everyone involved. We caught up with the guys from Franklin about the F-22 last year and were excited about the program. Featuring machined receivers made from 7075 aluminum, an enhanced firing pin system for better ignition, and a 10/22 format design, the F-22s already ship standard with or without installed binary triggers. Now, with the V series guns being full-time quiet, what's not to like?

The company contends these will be the “fastest, funnest, and quietest” 22s on the market.

The new Franklin/Angstadt F22-V will be offered in four variations:

F22-V SBR
F22-V SBR runs a 12-inch Vanquish 22 barrel and Magpul MOE X-22 stock in FDE. MSRP for Binary-equipped F22-V SBR is $1,399. MSRP for the less fun traditional semiautomatic F22-V SBR is $1,249. Although it is a "two-stamp" gun, the tax on those stamps is free (at least for now).
F22-V pistol
The NFA-compliant F22-V Pistol has a 12-inch Vanquish 22 barrel, SB Tactical SB22 chassis, and FS1913 brace. MSRP for Binary-equipped F22-V Pistol is $1,649, standard semi is $1,499.
F22-V Rifle
F22-V Rifle features an 18-inch Vanquish 22 barrel and Magpul MOE X-22 stock in FDE. MSRP for the Binary-equipped F22-V Rifle is $1,399, and $1,249 without.

The fourth model, a Sports South Exclusive, runs a shorter 18-inch Vanquish 22 barrel and Magpul MOE X-22 stock in black with an MSRP of $1,399, with Binary pack. The asking price for that rifle with a traditional semiautomatic trigger is $1,249.

We'll have more on these from SHOT Show, so stay tuned.
