Up for sale is a Mauser Oberndorf Kar98 8mm BYF41 1941 WaA655 5+1 24" Capture Marked. Rifle is overall in very good condition as pictured, with excellent mechanical function, relatively low external wear and clean bore as shown. Rifle features some matching parts, and several forced matched electropencil capture markings likely from Russian armories post-WWII. Includes original sling as pictured. WaffenAmt 655 on most parts which is in line with 1939-1941 Mauser Oberndorf inspectors stamps.
