The Mossberg Model 146B is a classic American-made bolt-action rimfire rifle manufactured by O.F. Mossberg & Sons in New Haven, Connecticut. Renowned for its accuracy and quality craftsmanship, the 146 series remains a favorite among collectors and shooters looking for a dependable vintage .22.
Chambered in .22 Long Rifle, this rifle features a blued steel barrel and receiver paired with a hardwood stock. It is equipped with factory open sights as well as a receiver-mounted adjustable aperture (peep) sight for enhanced precision. The rifle also retains its factory under-barrel tubular magazine.
Overall, this rifle is in Good condition. The metal finish shows honest wear with light thinning, handling marks, and scattered areas of surface oxidation consistent with its age.
