Up for sale is a Ithaca Model 100 12-Gauge 28" Blued & Wood SKB JAPAN SxS M100 - MATCHING NUMBERS
Ithaca Model 100 12 Gauge Side-by-Side, 28 in. ROTO FORGED Barrels, Fixed MOD/IMP, SKB Japan, Boxlock, Double Triggers
Made in Japan by SKB for Ithaca, this Model 100 is a classic 12-gauge boxlock side-by-side with light factory scroll engraving, 28-inch ROTO FORGED barrels, and a matted solid rib. It features extractor-only ejection, double triggers, and a tang-mounted sliding safety. The stock has neutral cast and a neutral grip, and the action, forend, and barrels carry matching serial numbers.
Condition
Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Good - Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.
Specific Condition Notes: The receiver and barrels show finish loss with areas of rust. The wood furniture has scratches and handling wear throughout. Both bores are clean and shiny. Barrel fit is tight. The extractor functions properly, and the firing pins are in good condition.

Ithaca Model 100 12 Gauge side-by-side shotgun
This Model 100 was custom crafted for Ithaca by SKB in Japan and is marked accordingly, including NP and PROOF TESTED stamps. The steel boxlock receiver has a scalloped back and tasteful factory light scroll on the flanks and around the top lever, providing a clean, traditional presentation.
The 28-inch ROTO FORGED barrels have a matted solid rib and fixed chokes set to Modified and Full. Chambers are 2 3/4 inches, and the gun is extractor-only (no ejectors), consistent with the Model 100 configuration.
Controls and handling are straightforward: double triggers and a tang-mounted sliding safety support classic operation. The action is a break-action boxlock side-by-side with a tight barrel fit and a capacity of two rounds.
The stock is wood with a pistol grip, hand-checkered panels, a checkered beavertail forend, and a ventilated recoil pad. Length of pull measures 14.75 inches. The stock geometry is neutral cast with a neutral grip, offering a straight, even presentation for either shoulder.
Key identifiers include factory engraving, SKB manufacture for Ithaca, and matching serial numbers on the action, forend, and barrels.
