The Guns.com Promise
Shoppers at a Sugar Land, Texas, shopping center got quite a surprise Saturday morning when an 800-pound, 12- foot alligator was found – alive – in the parking lot.
Authorities called in alligator trapper Christy Kroborth to subdue the massive creature, but she needed assistance in the form of a forklift to get the alligator into her truck.
Kroborth said she believed the alligator simply got lost and wandered onto the parking lot, but he will now go to Janik Alligators, an alligator sanctuary, Kroborth confirmed.
“He’ll probably just live out the rest of his life and have girlfriends and make babies and be fed every day,” she said. “He’ll be a happy gator.”
